Here’s what you should know:
This shelter in place has been the best thing that’s ever happened to me.
Cuz although the past year I’ve had a fulfilling job working with kids and being able to travel the world I’ve also spent 25-30 hours a week commuting. Sitting in a car for that long took a massive toll on my body and my overall well-being. My stress levels were through the roof and I physically could not lose weight for the life of me.
When the shelter in place hit my area, I took immediate action towards my physical and mental heath. In 4 short weeks I’ve released 17 pounds of weight, gained so much energy, and have brought a handful of people along with me so we can all come out of this feeling really great.
The more I connect with friends and family the more I hear that people are gaining weight during this time and feeling stuck and it so does not have to be that way.
If you’re struggling I want you to know I’m here for you.
You don’t have to struggle alone silently.
I know that the world is slowly starting to open back up and I gotta say I really don’t want things to go back to the way they were.
To the people out there who are silently suffering with their health.

I struggled with my health for years. Digestive issues with my IBS. Weight gain. Zero energy. Trying to outwork my overeating and binging habits 6-7 days a week at the gym. An unhealthy relationship with food. A lack of self confidence. Comfort eating. Bloated. Disordered sleep. Constantly trying different diets and gaining more weight back. Restricting myself from carbs and unhealthy foods.
I’m here to tell you that it’s not worth letting yourself sit in silence and suffer.
I want you to feel how I feel now. Waking up energized and ready to take on the day. Confident with so much self love. Strong and healthy. Using nutrition and food to fuel and nourish my body. Having no flare ups with my digestion and IBS. Living a flexible and sustainable lifestyle. Loving my life!!
We don’t realize how bad our “normal” is until we experience how good it feels to actually feel our best!
I know especially now, stress is at an all time high and you’re experiencing your health at all time low during quarantine.
You deserve better.
